Helping Irritable Bowel Syndrome
An irritable bowel syndrome natural treatment would be great. Is such a treatment available?
(Before I go further, let me just mention that the most important thing I have found for healthy living is organic trace minerals)
Sue Becker presents a compelling case that Irritable Bowel Syndrome is really just an advanced form of constipation. With her background in food science and interest in biochemistry and nutrition, and her extensive research, Sue Becker says that irritable bowel syndrome happens when a person’s ongoing constipation results in the large intestines becoming caked with fecal matter. The body then injects copious amounts of water into the colon to try and flush out this fecal matter, resulting in the watery stools of irritable bowel syndrome.
Irritable Bowel Defined
So what is the irritable bowel syndrome natural treatment? It is simply to find a way to help the body to recover from an advanced state of constipation, or constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Sue Becker says that you can deal with irritable bowel and constipation by eating bread made from freshly milled wheat. The fiber in this bread works like the green side of a sponge, to gently scrub this fecal matter from the walls of the colon.
My wife and I have been eating this bread for quite a few years now. It is delicious, and very nutritious. However, we have found something that we like even more for promoting regular bowel movements.
Magnesium, the key ingredient
Do you remember "Phillips Milk of Magnesia"? Magnesium is the active ingredient that softens the stool and gives a gentle urge to go. Ionic sea minerals contains over 100% of the US recommended daily allowance of magnesium, and costs just 40 cents a day, plus it is loaded with other needed trace minerals.
A couple of our friends who suffered from Irritable Bowel tried the Ionic Sea Minerals, and within a month both had started having regular bowel movements. How cool is that! And the sea minerals are a wonderful mineral supplement that can be taken daily for a healthier you. My wife and I wouldn’t miss our daily dose for anything. Praise God, no more constipation! This is such a blessing.

CAUTION – A Bitter Taste
A word of caution concerning Ionic Sea Minerals. They have a bitter taste. To overcome this, most people mask the taste with grape juice, lemonade, carrot juice, vegetable juice, chocolate milk, or something similar. I just take mine in a tall glass of water. I have found that after a bit you get used to the taste.
Here is a printable pdf document listing directions and side effects of Ionic Sea Minerals.
I have been taking Ionic Sea Minerals for years now. After a few months, I became used to the taste, and can easily take a teaspoon full in a large glass of water. Another way to take them is to carry a small dropper bottle, and throughout the day to add them to whatever you are drinking.
If you have kidney disease, only take Ionic Sea Minerals
under the advice of your doctor. Healthy kidneys easily
filter out extra magnesium not needed by the body.
However, if your kidneys are not functioning properly,
magnesium can accumulate in your system, and a
magnesium toxicity can occur.
Another helpful item towards an irritable bowel syndrome natural treatment is juicing from using items in your own garden. This is such a healthy practice, giving you needed phytonutrients, enzymes, and biophotons. My experience is that it is also effective in helping to clean out the colon. I try to drink 7 ounces of juice before each meal. This is not only great nutrition, but so helpful with weight loss.
After extensive research, the items in this right column are ones that my family and I have found useful, and I trust
that they may be helpful to you as well.
Concentrated sea minerals,
blended with herbs,
and olive oils.
